February’s venue of the month is one of San Diego’s best-kept secrets for wedding venues. This month we are featuring The Garty Pavilion at the San Diego Rowing Club. This magical bayside setting with its singular contemporary design is quickly becoming the location of choice for wedding ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners, bar and bat mitzvahs, private parties and business events.
Located at the north end of the Coggeshall Rowing Center at 1220 El Carmel Place, the Garty Pavilion offers the advantages of privacy and close proximity to the water. With its 12-foot tall sliding glass wall opening to sweeping views over Mission Bay, this indoor/outdoor space has an ambiance all its own. With a combined indoor/outdoor area of about 2000 square feet, the Garty Pavilion comfortably accommodates both large and intimate gatherings.
